Billy Schroeder is a highly motivated and accomplished real estate professional with a background deeply rooted in discipline, leadership, and excellence. A proud graduate of Rowville Secondary College in 1998, Billy embarked on a distinguished career in the Australian Army in February 1999. Serving in the 3rd Battalion RAR (Paratroopers), Billy was deployed on two operational deployments to East Timor and Baghdad, Iraq. His dedication and exemplary service earned him a Soldier's Medallion, a testament to his commitment and leadership under pressure.

In 2005 Billy started trained for the Commando Selection Course while posted at the 4th Battalion RAR (Commando). However, he subsequently meet his now-wife Anuisha whilst back in Melbourne on holidays. Billy knows were his bread is buttered and immediately chose to shift his focus and pursue a new path in real estate, seeking a career that would align with the same values of service and commitment.

Billy’s passion for real estate was quickly evident, and within just six years, he achieved the coveted position of No.1 Agent for Ray White in Victoria/Tasmania. This success laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey, and Billy soon launched his own company. Building on his past experiences, he created the “Freedom” Real Estate model under Global Property, providing clients & agents with a fresh and innovative approach to real estate.

Billy’s blend of military discipline, real estate expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit has made him a trusted name in the industry, he is one of few agents in Australia to demonstrate excellence in the Residential, Commercial & Industrial Sectors. Outside of his professional life, Billy is a devoted family man, enjoying every moment spent with his wife Anuisha and their children, Mackenzie and Tate. He values creating memories and cherishing quality time with his loved ones. Billy is also passionate about a variety of outdoor activities, often found in the kitchen cooking up a storm, fishing, hunting, and engaging in long-range target shooting. As an active member of the CFA, he continues to give back to his community, exemplifying his deep-rooted commitment to service both at home and beyond.
